Marketing Designer

This role focuses on developing and executing high-impact creative design briefs across marketing and sales divisions. You will work with enterprise HR and benefits professionals, as well as financial advisors in the UK.

  • Design creative assets for marketing campaigns, including social media ads, display ads, email graphics, event banners, landing page imagery, and promo videos.
  • Work within established brand guidelines to maintain consistency across all channels while injecting fresh, eye-catching creativity.
  • Adapt visuals for various platforms and formats, ensuring optimal performance and readability.
  • Collaborate with marketers, copywriters, and other designers to align visuals with campaign goals.
  • Manage multiple fast-moving projects with tight deadlines, from concept to final delivery.

Key qualifications include 2+ years of experience as a marketing designer, graphic designer, or similar role. Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma is required, along with animation creation and video editing skills (After Effects, Premiere Pro). A strong understanding of digital marketing channels and creative requirements for each is essential. Experience working with website graphics and design in a B2B environment is also beneficial.

A keen analytical mind and ability to optimize design for performance using data-driven insights are crucial. Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset are also necessary.

Additional responsibilities include staying updated on design trends, marketing best practices, and emerging platforms. Ability to work quickly and efficiently without sacrificing quality is vital.
