Key Responsibilities:- Staff Management: Oversee staff activities to ensure adherence to ActiveOne's standards for customer service and behavior policies.
- Performance Evaluation: Regularly assess staff performance in attendance and performance metrics.
- Client Engagement: Collaborate with site medical personnel to understand client needs and communicate policy updates.
- Issue Resolution: Work with the CMT team to resolve client escalations on staffing and operational issues within specified response timeframes.
- Concern Resolution: Address site medical personnel concerns and queries, coordinating with involved departments for timely resolution.
- Talent Deployment: Recommend and monitor Nurses and MDs for deployment.
- Compliance Monitoring: Assist in monitoring OSH compliance and submitting relevant reports to the client.
- Program Development: Identify Health Programs based on client illness/incidence reports.
- Training Initiatives: Collaborate with CMT on ActiveOne program/training initiatives.
- Operations Coordination: Coordinate with site medical personnel on clinic schedules, attendance, leave approvals, and overtime.
- Documentation: Maintain a list of handled site medical personnel.
- Supply Chain Management: Consolidate PPE/medicines & medical supplies inventory across sites for submission to the Client.
- Reporting: Coordinate with Nurses on submitting clinic utilization reports to CRT.
- Timely Reporting: Ensure timely submission of clinic utilization reports to the Client.
- Inventory Management: Regularly inspect equipment, medicines & medical supplies inventory, and requisition prior to submission to the Client.
- Waste Disposal: Compile Waste Disposal reports as per Client requests.
- Candidate must possess a Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam) in Nursing or equivalent.
- Minimum one year of experience in an occupational health setting, business operations, and/or administrative roles.
- Ability to thrive in a flexible work schedule environment.
