Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and submit financial reports to Head Office.
  • Analyze financial statement items for MECC, Flash, and Items of Focus (IoF) reporting.
  • Prepare management reports, including board pack and cost reporting.
  • Manage balance sheet items for DWS APAC entity, ensuring proper reconciliation and substantiation.
  • Prepare bank reconciliations for DWS entity's bank accounts.
  • Prepare annual statutory accounts and respond to PBC items.
  • Calculate and book direct and indirect taxes as required by the entity.
  • Prepare other regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with DWS Entity CFO and Regional Finance Manager.

Requirements:

  • Mandarin Language skills (Reading, Writing, and Speaking).
  • At least 2 years experience in finance tasks such as AP/AR, Balance Sheet Reconciliation, and Financial Statement Reviews.
  • Proficient in MS Excel.
