Virtual Assistant

Are you a highly organized and detail-oriented individual looking for a challenging role that leverages your administrative expertise? As a Virtual Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our team by handling day-to-day tasks, scheduling appointments, and managing documents.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to the team by handling email correspondence, updating records, and performing other tasks as needed.
  • Scheduling: Coordinate schedules with clients, technicians, and estimators to ensure seamless communication and project execution.
  • CRM Management: Update and manage the FieldPulse CRM system to track job data, schedules, and client information.
  • Communication Coordination: Respond to client inquiries via email or CRM, provide accurate information, and follow up on pending estimates.
  • Operational Assistance: Support field service logistics by coordinating job schedules, tracking project timelines, and ensuring smooth handoffs between teams.
Requirements:
  • At least 5+ years of experience in administrative roles, preferably in a virtual assistant capacity.
  • Strong written communication skills and fluency in English for client communication and internal updates.
  • Ability to juggle multiple schedules, job statuses, and follow-ups without letting anything fall through the cracks.
  • Familiarity with residential services, home improvement, or decorative concrete terminology and workflows is a plus.
  • Tech-savvy and independent, with the ability to quickly learn new software tools.
