Job Overview

The Workforce Management Analyst is responsible for leading strategic initiatives in workforce management, including forecasting, scheduling, and analysis.

This role involves developing accurate forecasts, capacity plans, and schedule plans while ensuring timely and precise generation of forecasts, capacity plans, and schedules.

Key responsibilities include providing strategic recommendations to enhance productivity while balancing service levels, consulting on staffing and volumes using analytical models, and collaborating with operations to develop processes for shift types, vacations, and other schedule exceptions strategies.
