Full Stack Developer Opportunity

We're seeking a seasoned Full Stack Developer to join our dynamic tech team. As a key member, you'll be responsible for designing, developing, and launching complex features that drive business objectives.

The Role

  • You'll build scalable web applications and backend services, leveraging your expertise in Node.js (Express or NestJS) and frontend frameworks like React, Vite, or Next.js.
  • Lead architectural improvements for performance and developer efficiency, ensuring seamless collaboration with global talent.
  • Maintain and optimize backend systems, manage databases like PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or MySQL, and ensure responsiveness, performance optimization, and cross-browser compatibility.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and launch complex features that directly support business OKRs.
  • Lead or contribute to architectural improvements for performance and developer efficiency.
  • Build scalable web applications and backend services.
  • Develop frontend interfaces with React, Vite, or Next.js.
  • Maintain and optimize backend systems using Node.js (Express or NestJS).
  • Design and manage RESTful APIs and integrate third-party services.
  • Manage databases like PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or MySQL.
  • Ensure responsiveness, performance optimization, and cross-browser compatibility.
  • Write and maintain tests (unit, integration, and end-to-end).
  • Participate in code reviews, agile sprints, and team standups.
  • ebug, monitor, and resolve production issues efficiently.
  • Stay updated with the latest technologies and industry trends.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience as a Full Stack Developer.
  • Strong knowledge of JavaScript and TypeScript.
  • Experience with frontend frameworks: React, Vite, or Next.js.
  • Proficiency in backend development using Node.js and NestJS.
  • Experience designing and implementing RESTful APIs.
  • Familiar with PostgreSQL or other relational databases.
  • Confident using version control (Git) and collaborative workflows.
  • Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and deployment on platforms like AWS.
  • Understanding of secure coding and performance optimization.
  • Independent, self-motivated, and collaborative mindset.
  • Clear communication skills and attention to detail.
