Nabati Finance Support Specialist Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Finance Support Specialist to join our team in the Philippines. The successful candidate will work closely with the Finance Supervisor to provide administrative support for all financial transactions, including processing payments, updating financial records, and managing invoices.

The ideal candidate should have a strong knowledge of accounting principles, excellent organizational skills, and working knowledge of accounting software. A top-notch finance assistant should have integrity, excellent mathematical skills, and an understanding of data privacy standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process payments and update financial records
  • Manage invoices and reconcile accounts
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records
  • Prepare financial reports and statements
  • Analyze financial data and identify trends

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, procurement, or related field
  • At least 1 year of relevant experience
  • Strong knowledge of Excel and Excel functions
  • Incredible attention to detail to catch errors
  • Top-of-the-line math abilities
  • Good organizational skills
  • Good knowledge of accounting practices
  • Ability to travel as needed
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
