As a Visual Communications Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in crafting compelling digital assets that elevate brand recognition and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create high-quality visual content for diverse marketing channels, including email, social media, and website platforms.
  • Develop innovative design concepts and layouts for various digital applications.
  • Determine the visual tone, typography, and overall aesthetic based on brand guidelines and creative principles.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all visual assets.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing team to analyze performance data and optimize visual content.
  • Continuously refine campaign creatives based on marketing metrics.
  • Support special projects and other visual design needs as assigned.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Visual Communications or related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience creating digital content for fashion or lifestyle brands.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and collaboration abilities.
  • English fluency required; additional languages are a plus.
