Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Compliance Specialist to join our team at Hexagon Group of Companies.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies, as well as maintaining the Books of Accounts and preparing financial statements with related schedules for external reporting.

The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of Philippine Financial Reporting Standards (PFRS) and compliance regulations, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies
  • Maintain the Books of Accounts and prepare financial statements with related schedules for external reporting
  • Review contracts entered into by the company in relation to its operations
  • Conduct internal audit and ensure continuous monitoring and review of compliance processes
  • Liaise and represent the company to relevant government agencies

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Graduate of a Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy or related courses
  • Preferably a Licensed CPA
  • At least two (2) years relevant experience to the position
  • Strong knowledge of PFRS and compliance regulations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
