Software Engineering Leader

We are seeking an experienced Software Engineering Leader to drive the development of complex applications using C#. As a key member of our team, you will design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable software systems, leveraging your technical expertise to guide and mentor junior developers. Your role will involve creating new large-scale content websites using Umbraco CMS, leading a team of developers, and fostering a culture of collaboration and technical excellence.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable code using C#.
  • Lead and mentor a team of developers, promoting best practices and technical excellence.
  • Create new and updated large-scale content websites using Umbraco CMS.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in a timely manner.

Requirements:
  • 8+ years of experience working in application development using C#.
  • Excellent Object-Oriented Programming skills.
  • Experience in MS SQL Server.
  • Ability to react well and quickly to frequent project demands and requirement changes.
  • Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication skills, able to explain ideas to both technical and non-technical staff.

Preferred Skills:
  • Prior experience in web application development on a multi-developer team.
  • Experience working with IIS 7.0/6.0+.
  • Knowledge in design patterns.
  • TFS, GIT/Github Experience.
  • Experience in front-end technologies like HTML, jQuery, MVC.NET, React, Material UI, Bootstrap, Javascript.
