Our company is a leading manufacturer of baked goods, and we are currently seeking a skilled Production Analyst to join our team. This role will play a crucial part in creating and improving our manufacturing procedures to ensure efficient production processes.

Compensation Package

We offer a competitive salary package, including an estimated monthly salary of **PHP 40,000 - PHP 60,000**, meal allowance, complete mandatory benefits, 13th month pay, health insurance plan, uniform allowance, performance bonus, and opportunities for promotion.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing effective manufacturing procedures to optimize production processes.
  • Analyzing data to identify areas for improvement and implementing changes to increase efficiency and productivity.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
  • Advance knowledge and skills in machine performance monitoring and maintenance, product management, problem analysis and planning, and office management.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel.
