As a key member of our team, you will provide exceptional support to our clients and prospects. You will be the first point of contact for them, handling inquiries, requests, and support with professionalism and care.

Responsibilities:

  • ">
  • Manage client requests and inquiries in a timely and efficient manner">
  • Respond to emails and messages within 1 business day">
  • Gather information from prospective clients via phone and complete intake forms">
  • Follow up with clients and prospects via email and notify next steps">
  • Schedule appointments and confirmations with clients and prospects">
  • Provide excellent customer service and build rapport with clients aged 55+">

Required Skills and Qualifications:

For this role, we are seeking individuals with strong communication and interpersonal skills, who can work effectively in a fast-paced environment. We are looking for candidates with at least 2 years of experience in the BPO industry, preferably with night shift experience. The ideal candidate should demonstrate a learning mindset, compassion, patience, and reliability.
