The Role

You will coordinate and manage the end-to-end candidate selection process, from campus outreach to final offers. You will leverage relationship-building and process-management skills to collaborate with educational institutions, organise campus recruitment events, screen resumes, schedule interviews, and support candidates throughout their hiring journey, ensuring a seamless and positive experience aligned with each client's values and goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage account-specific activities such as CV screening, requisition management, interview scheduling, help desk support, candidate checklist management, updating applicant tracking system and offers/onboarding
  • Administer ad-hoc administration tasks to ensure effective running of the recruitment process
  • Contribute to daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly reports within deadlines
  • BUILD STRONG WORKING RELATIONSHIPS WITH RECRUITERS, HIRING MANAGERS, VENDORS AND OTHER ACCOUNT STAKEHOLDERS
  • Keep stakeholders updated on relevant processes
  • Manage day-to-day queries and escalate where necessary
  • Participate in continuous improvement within the team
Requirements
  • Effective English business communication, written and oral
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel
  • Strong communication skills with ability to negotiate, persuade and write clearly and professionally
  • Excellent organisational skills with ability to manage conflicting priorities
  • Willingness to work in a midshift schedule
  • Amenability to work on a fixed-term contract
