Job Title:

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our Platform team. This role will play a key part in scaling our infrastructure, optimizing the performance of key product flows, and building end-to-end systems.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone who thinks strategically, enjoys high-pace environments, and is passionate about owning product decisions. You will work closely with the Platform team to provide universal architecture and experience across our products.

  • Build, own, and report on the performance of complex end-to-end systems
  • Actively participate in product decisions and refining the product roadmap
  • Work with the Platform team to provide universal architecture and experience across our products

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Experience in building and maintaining large-scale products, with both backend and frontend expertise
  • Systems thinking, with the ability to think high-level about end-to-end systems involving multiple products and third-party services
  • Speed, with the ability to quickly generate ideas and options, and know how to decide which things can ship now and what things need time
  • Focus, with the ability to engage or be heads down as needed in a busy, remote team
  • Collaboration, with the ability to inspire, play, and negotiate with opinionated designers, marketers, and PMs
  • Proficiency in tech stack including NodeJS, ReactJS, TypeScript, with Java, Go, and Python being desirable
