About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Website Designer to build and create engaging websites using Squarespace.

The ideal candidate will have an in-depth understanding of the Squarespace platform and a keen eye for design.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and Development: Build new websites from scratch and redesign existing sites using the Squarespace platform.
  • Client Collaboration: Work collaboratively with clients or project managers to understand and implement design and functional requirements.
  • Quality Assurance: Conduct quality assurance checks to ensure websites are fully functional, responsive, and optimized for different devices.
  • Project Management: Manage website projects from initial concept through to final launch, ensuring all deadlines are met.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 1-2 years of professional experience in web development.
  • Deep proficiency with the Squarespace platform, including its native design features, templates, and e-commerce functionality.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate design choices and collaborate effectively with clients.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
