Job Description

The Grants and Tenders Specialist will play a crucial role in securing funding opportunities for our organization. This position will be responsible for managing the end-to-end grant and tender submission process, ensuring high-quality applications are developed in alignment with our strategic goals.

The successful candidate will lead and manage the full lifecycle of grants and tenders, including research, writing, editing, submission, and post-submission follow-up. They will identify, research, and assess relevant grant opportunities and tender processes at local, state, federal, and international levels.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop, write, and edit clear, compelling, and persuasive grant proposals, tenders, and other funding applications.
  • Review and analyze client tender documentation, defining deliverables, deadlines, and response requirements.
  • Develop project plans and submission schedules to meet grant and tender deadlines.
  • Manage templates, formatting, proofreading, and submission requirements for all funding documents.
  • Maintain a comprehensive grants and tenders library, improving processes and content development strategies.
  • Track, report, and provide ongoing analysis of grant and tender performance, including feedback and recommendations for improvement.
