Senior Architect with Revit and 3Ds Max Expertise

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the design process, developing innovative architectural designs, and producing high-quality 3D models and visualizations.

The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of architectural principles, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with clients and project teams.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Create and execute architectural design concepts that meet client requirements and project goals
  • Develop detailed construction documents, including floor plans, elevations, sections, and details using Revit
  • Utilize 3ds Max to produce realistic 3D models and visualizations for design presentations and client reviews
  • Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure design integrity and project feasibility
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
  • Proven experience as an Architect with a strong portfolio showcasing design projects
  • Proficiency in Revit for creating detailed construction documents and BIM (Building Information Modeling)
  • Expertise in 3ds Max for producing high-quality 3D models and visualizations
  • Strong understanding of architectural principles, building codes, and construction methods
  • Creative and innovative design approach with a strong sense of aesthetics
Preferred Skills:
  • Experience with other design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite
  • Knowledge of sustainable design principles and practices
  • Familiarity with virtual reality (VR) tools for immersive design presentations
