Contract Review and Compliance Expert

Safeguard global deals and strengthen compliance worldwide as a contracts paralegal. This role involves facilitating the vendor non-disclosure agreement process, reviewing and negotiating agreements, and maintaining accurate version control and status tracking of all documents.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle contract review and redlining, and legal coordination with global partners.
  • Review and negotiate agreements, support compliance protocols, and ensure seamless documentation management.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in political science, legal management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of two years of experience in contract review and redlining, preferably with non-disclosure agreements (NDAs).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Word (track changes).
  • Experience with Salesforce is an advantage.
