Store Manager

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Retail Store Supervisor to join our team.

• This role involves overseeing the daily operations of a retail store, ensuring that all aspects of the business run smoothly and efficiently.

1. Manage sales achievement and growth by implementing effective strategies and making data-driven decisions.
2. Coordinate the setup and maintenance of gondolas and merchandise displays to ensure maximum visibility and appeal.
3. Supervise and manage store staff, providing guidance and support to help them meet their full potential.
4. Maintain high standards of customer service, responding promptly to customer queries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
5. Monitor and control store stock levels, ordering and restocking as necessary to meet demand.
6. Collaborate with other departments to achieve shared goals and objectives.
7. Develop and implement plans to increase store profitability, improve efficiency, and enhance customer experience.
8. Conduct regular reviews and evaluations to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address these.

• A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• A minimum of 5 years' experience in a retail management position.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
