We are seeking an experienced Training Supervisor to join our corporate learning team at Millennial Zeal Technology Corporation. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and delivering high-quality product training programs using face-to-face, digital, and blended learning techniques.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and deliver engaging training programs that meet the needs of our sales staff.

  2. Create and update training materials, including scripts, presentations, and assessment tools.

  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of training programs into our overall business strategy.

  4. Evaluate training effectiveness and make recommendations for improvement.

  5. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in training and development.

Requirements:

  • 2-4 years of experience in training and development, preferably in the retail and/or tech industry.

  • Proven track record of designing and delivering successful training programs.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.

  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Communications, or related field.
