Corporate Learning Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Training Supervisor to join our corporate learning team at Millennial Zeal Technology Corporation. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and delivering high-quality product training programs using face-to-face, digital, and blended learning techniques.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and deliver engaging training programs that meet the needs of our sales staff.
Create and update training materials, including scripts, presentations, and assessment tools.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of training programs into our overall business strategy.
Evaluate training effectiveness and make recommendations for improvement.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in training and development.
Requirements:
2-4 years of experience in training and development, preferably in the retail and/or tech industry.
Proven track record of designing and delivering successful training programs.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
Bachelor's degree in Education, Communications, or related field.
