Lead Graphic Designer

This is a senior-level graphic design role where you will be responsible for developing designs and assets to promote and elevate events through working closely with the team daily. From event branding and marketing materials to digital assets and presentation design, you will play a critical role in shaping events and our brand.

The successful candidate will have experience working in graphic design, ideally in-house at an Events and/or Financial Services company. They must have a strong understanding of basic design principles and be able to ensure all designs are optimized for use on digital and mobile platforms including the website, social media, paid media and email marketing.

  • Key responsibilities include:
  • • Work closely with the team to develop cohesive event design concepts effectively reflect desired messaging and intent across print, digital, and on-site marketing. Refine brand guidelines for events.
  • • Design high-quality, appealing, and informative visual assets for events, including print (flyers, pamphlets, magazine full page spreads), digital (email, LinkedIn), and on-site (posters, banners).
  • • Ensure all designs are optimized for use on digital and mobile platforms including the website, social media, paid media and email marketing.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of producing polished, sophisticated marketing collateral and campaigns. They must also be willing to work on a Fixed Night Shift and be amenable to work in a work at home arrangement.
