About The Opportunity

The Sales Machine is a SaaS technology company that provides enterprise business solutions for industries with sales forces. We are seeking a Senior Business Development Manager to join our team and help drive revenue growth.

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans, building and managing high-performing sales teams, and establishing relationships with key stakeholders. You will also have the opportunity to work closely with our product and marketing teams to develop and execute go-to-market strategies.

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base.
  • Build and manage high-performing sales teams, providing coaching and development opportunities to ensure team members reach their full potential.
