As an Email Marketing Visualizer, you'll play a critical role in designing compelling visuals across digital and offline media that inspire and captivate our target audience. You'll have the opportunity to showcase your creativity and expertise in email marketing and social ad design principles.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design visually stunning and impactful email campaigns that align with Kitsch's brand guidelines.
  • Develop and execute weekly ads that engage the target audience and reflect Kitsch's brand identity.
  • Collaborate closely with the Director of Retention, Retention Marketing Manager, and Internal Creative teams to understand project requirements and timelines.
  • Generate and optimize assets for responsive design across various devices and email clients.
  • Utilize Figma (and other preferred tools) for graphic design tasks and Trello for project management.
  • Manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously, from concept to completion, within a fast-paced environment.
  • Adhere to production schedules, ensuring all work is completed on time, especially during peak seasons like Black Friday/Cyber Monday.
  • Suggest strategic A/B tests for designs to understand user engagement and apply insights to future designs.
  • Complete 20-30 emails a month.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of email/web design experience, preferably in the beauty or retail industry.
  • Expertise in Figma for designing email layouts and assets.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for email is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Klaviyo or similar email marketing platforms.
  • Experience with Trello for project management.
  • Photoshop image editing skills for enhancing and optimizing visual content is a plus.
