Job Overview

The Mixology Expert is responsible for serving a wide range of beverages, both alcoholic and non-alcoholic, to guests in a courteous and friendly manner. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to work well under pressure.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepares drinks according to standard recipes and follows guest requests when permitted by superiors.
  • Serves drinks in a timely and efficient manner, maintaining a clean and organized bar area.
  • Orders beverages in accordance with par stocking and lead times, ensuring adequate inventory levels at all times.
  • Conducts daily actual inventory and resolves any variances within the day.
  • Maintains knowledge of all drinks available in the store and ensures that items served are of high quality.
Requirements:
  • At least 1 year of experience as a bartender or mixology expert.
  • Excellent communication skills and fluency in English.
  • Positive interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with colleagues and guests.
  • Ability to cross-train to other stations and adapt to changing situations.
