Job Title: Quality Assurance Engineer

  • Create test strategies, test plans, and test scripts for automated and manual testing.
  • Develop scalable and reliable automated tests and frameworks.
  • Contribute to implement repeatable automated tests during sprints to ensure quality, reduce test execution time, and incorporate automated tests into CI/CD processes.
  • Plan and coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products.
  • Work in a dedicated team environment and drive product quality.
  • Ensure all assigned testing deliverables timelines are met within the sprint and product release.
  • Create and communicate test reports for stakeholders.
  • Liaise with business users, analysts, and engineers to resolve defects.
  • Maintain awareness of external environments and trends in testing to contribute to process improvement.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Computer Science, Business, Economics, or equivalent work experience.
  • 2+ years of software testing experience (manual and automation).
  • Experience with automated testing tool Playwright.
  • Experience in both manual and automated testing, including planning, test case design, test reporting, defect tracking, estimating, and test coverage.
  • Experience working with external parties and vendors.
  • Demonstrated capability to learn and understand a business and its processes and systems in depth.
  • Experience with Selenium, Java, Maven, Postman, REST, SOAP webservices, API testing, Azure DevOps Pipelines, parallel test execution, web, mobile, and windows applications.
  • Familiarity with defect and test management system JIRA, Confluence, SharePoint.
