Senior Cybersecurity Manager

The Senior Cybersecurity Manager will lead our cybersecurity initiatives and drive compliance with various frameworks to ensure the integrity of our data.

This role is a key part of our organization's commitment to information security.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Security Assurance programs, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies.
  • Oversee external audits and collaborate with auditors to provide necessary documentation and responses.
  • Assess and identify gaps in security controls and develop strategies for remediation and improvement.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on security frameworks and influence our organization's security strategy.
Requirements
  • 7-10 years of experience in information security, with a focus on security assurance and compliance.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Security Management, or a related field.
  • In-depth knowledge of security frameworks and standards such as HITRUST CSF, SOC 1/2, ISO 27001, NIST, PCI DSS, etc.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess complex security issues and implement effective solutions.
