Litigation Associate

This is a unique opportunity to join our organization as an Associate in Litigation. The role involves planning, managing and monitoring all accounts endorsed for litigation.

• Responsible for the overall management of all accounts filed for litigation, ensuring timely resolution and optimal results.
• Oversees the performance of litigation teams, identifying areas for improvement and recommending strategies to enhance productivity and efficiency.
• Reviews and evaluates all accounts endorsed for litigation, developing and implementing effective plans to address un-located/uncontacted accounts.
• Collaborates with legal professionals to ensure compliance with court rulings and updates, attending hearings and consultations as necessary.
• Prepares and submits pertinent legal documents, including motions and manifestations, for consideration by senior executives.
• Investigates and resolves client complaints in a fair and timely manner, maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction.

• College graduate with a four-year degree in a relevant field
• Previous experience in collection operations, preferably handling external agencies/law offices
• Experience in managing finances and small claims cases is an asset
• Excellent analytical, communication and interpersonal skills are essential
• Proficiency in basic computer applications is required
