  • Conduct weekly and monthly performance reviews, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to enhance team efficiency.
  • Analyze new product offerings and communicate their benefits to valued clients.

What We Expect From You

  • Bachelor's degree in any field, with a strong foundation in analytical skills and proficiency in Google Suite programs.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino, enabling effective collaboration and client interaction.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment, adapting quickly to changing priorities and responsibilities.
  • Proven problem-solving abilities, with a track record of delivering results under pressure.
  • Meticulous attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all tasks.
  • Strong technical and customer service experience, preferably in the financial or digital sector.
  • Flexibility in scheduling, including morning, mid-shift, and graveyard shifts, as required.
