Job Overview

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing a cohesive, long-term application architecture roadmap that aligns with broader enterprise and technology goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop a comprehensive architectural framework that ensures technical excellence.
  • Lead the development of foundational systems that support other business domains.
Leadership Qualities
  • Make high-level decisions on technology stacks and design approaches to drive innovation.
  • Evaluate and adopt emerging technologies to maintain technical expertise.
Collaboration and Communication
  • Partner with executives, engineering, product, infrastructure, and security teams to translate business requirements into high-performing solutions.
  • Communicate architectural strategies effectively across stakeholders to drive results.
Team Development
  • Mentor and guide the architecture team to encourage professional growth and a culture of innovation.
  • Promote ownership and continuous improvement to align team resources with organizational priorities.

The Ideal Candidate will possess:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in software architecture; 5+ years in a leadership role.
  • Expertise in enterprise-scale application design and architectural governance.
  • Strong knowledge of patterns like microservices, event-driven architecture, and domain-driven design.
  • Solid experience with cloud platforms (especially Azure).
  • TOGAF or similar certification preferred.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Proficiency in system integration, API design, and DevOps practices.
  • Familiarity with Agile and digital transformation practices.
