Job Title: Digital Building Integration Engineer Overview:

The role of a Digital Building Integration Engineer is to collaborate with clients and partners to deliver and support a high-quality fault detection and diagnostics product.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Collaborate on onboarding projects, communicate timelines and milestones to ensure analytics meets its role in a timely manner at a high level of quality.
  2. Conduct onboarding activities such as installing Data Collection Services, discovering data, and organizing for Digital Building Engineers.
  3. Help troubleshoot Diagnostics to perform automated fault detection on customer's HVAC equipment.
  4. Review findings and validate results reported by the software.
  5. Train customers and partner users specific to the Data Transfer Service, data connectivity, and related networking issues.
  6. Provide ongoing support of connected sites.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  1. Confident, self-motivated, and able to quickly grasp new technologies.
  2. Comfortable communicating with customers and partners.
  3. Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or related technical field, and an interest in building systems or significant field experience in a controls or services company serving the buildings industry.
  4. Certificate or equivalent experience in basic networking or computer fundamentals.
  5. Able to learn technical and engineering solutions quickly and thoroughly.
  6. Effective communicator of technical information to customers.
  7. Ability to manage multiple projects, in multiple countries, simultaneously.
  8. Thorough and analytical with good attention to detail.
  9. Ability to streamline processes and find efficiencies for executing complex technical tasks.
  10. Ability to conceive and communicate product development ideas to leadership and product development teams.
