As an HR Services Specialist, you will support the team in managing employee benefits and claims administration. Your responsibilities will include:

  1. Reconciling reports related to HR Services and Benefits
  2. Assisting in answering daily queries received from employees
  3. Supporting interactions between service providers, finance, employees, and other stakeholders within the organization

You will work closely with the HR Services team to ensure timely and quality task completion. A strong understanding of MS Office applications is essential for this role.

To succeed as an HR Services Specialist, you should have a college degree in any HR-related course or equivalent. Previous experience in conducting behavioral/competency-based interviews is desirable. Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems and various job boards/platforms is also beneficial.
