The Risk Management Senior Manager plays a crucial role in Citigroup Business Process Solutions Pte. Ltd., overseeing the management of professional teams and departments. Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to governance and the facilitation of the execution of the Manager Control Assessment (MCA) as required by the MCA Standard, including the assessment and approval of risks associated with business changes.
  • Manage teams in the quality, completeness, and accuracy of the implementation of the Control Framework, including Risk Control Policy, Control Standard, Issue Management Policy, Lesson Learned Policy, and Control Inventory.
  • Perform detailed analysis on issue root cause identification, partnering with control and process owners to recommend corrective actions and improvements.
  • Contribute to the Lessons Learned Policy, monitoring control breaches and disseminating learnings across other business units for process improvement.
  • Participate in review and challenge processes, ensuring effective design and management of controls to mitigate risks in accordance with Control Standards.
  • Contribute to the timeliness, accuracy, and completeness of the MCA through controls prior to process execution.
  • Support adherence to the MCA Standard through controls after process execution.
  • Actively deal with Operational and Compliance Risk in accordance with established Policy requirements.
  • Perform detailed analysis to identify, assess, escalate, and manage risk exposures across Risk Categories, including material, emerging, and concentration risks.
  • Support Risk Appetite monitoring and assessment against this in accordance with enterprise requirements.
  • Support operational risk scenario analysis and stress testing for Operational Risk Capital requirements.
  • Support risk and control assessments or coordination for programs within various risk stripes, ensuring sufficient subject matter expertise exists.
  • May be responsible for embedding risk and control responsibilities within FLUs, providing training, and leading by example.
