We're seeking a seasoned technical support specialist with expertise in low-code/no-code platforms to join our team. If you have experience in AppSheet development and enjoy troubleshooting smart business solutions, this role is perfect for you.
Job Description- The successful candidate will provide technical assistance, maintenance, and support to clients' AppSheet-based applications.
- You will collaborate with developers and end-users to ensure optimal performance, data accuracy, and usability.
- Troubleshoot, maintain, and enhance existing AppSheet applications.
- Support end-users with technical issues related to AppSheet and Google Sheets integration.
- Provide recommendations for improvements and automation.
- Assist in deploying updates, testing new features, and ensuring data reliability.
- Document issues, resolutions, and changes in workflows.
- Proven experience in AppSheet development and technical support.
- Strong knowledge of Google Sheets and data structure logic.
- Analytical thinker and problem-solver with strong communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- This is a full-time position working 9 AM – 5 PM EST.
- 100% Work-from-Home.
