Digital Communications Specialist

As a key member of the PRecious Communications team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional client service and driving business growth. Reporting to the Manager, you will oversee the implementation of communication plans, coordinate internal and external discussions between the agency and the client, and develop comprehensive reports within tight deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as day-to-day point of contact for clients, ensuring seamless communication and resolving any issues promptly
  • Manage internal and external coordination between the agency and the client, fostering strong relationships and trust
  • Develop and implement media monitoring, meeting recap, and month-end performance reports to measure campaign success
  • Collaborate with the account lead to ensure all agency deliverables meet client expectations and are submitted on time
  • Cultivate relationships with media and other relevant stakeholders to drive business results
Client Management & Strategic Counsel:
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor analysis to provide informed counsel to clients
  • Understand the media landscape and identify opportunities to engage key influencers and decision-makers
  • Contribute strategic and creative inputs during planning and strategy sessions, driving innovative solutions
  • Monitor emerging industry issues and work with the account management team to develop response strategies
  • Assist in media training and pre-interview briefing of clients to ensure they are well-prepared for interactions with the media
Content Development:
  • Develop high-quality editorial content and briefing materials to support clients' communications programs
  • Adapt and customize content for different audiences and formats, ensuring relevance and impact
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and developments to create compelling content that resonates with clients and their target audience
  • Ensure all content and related materials are properly updated and stored in secure online folders

Minimum Requirements:

  • Must have a university degree in management, communication, marketing, or a related field
  • Must have at least 3-6 months of internship experience or 6-12 months of full-time experience in the industry (agency side is a plus)
  • Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to speak confidently and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
