Opportunity Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled Software Development Engineer to join our team and contribute to the development of innovative features that change our customers' lives every day.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in software engineering, with experience in Server-side and RESTful API Development and integration. They will also be proficient in at least one programming language and have proven experience implementing, maintaining and deploying full-stack web technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop critical features for our customers using Ruby and other relevant technologies.
  • Collaborate closely with designers, product managers and UX specialists to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Write automated tests for production codes and conduct testing and code reviews.
  • Mentor junior engineers within your squad and embody The EH Way - operating with focus, agility, and an obsession with impact.

Requirements:

  • 6+ years of experience in Software Development as a Senior-level Software Development Engineer.
  • Strong understanding of best practice software engineering processes, testing, and Agile methodology.
  • Team player with good verbal and written English skills and a passion for learning, sharing knowledge, and mentoring teammates.
  • Openness to expand expertise into Frontend technologies and grow into a FullStack Engineer role.
