The Job

We are seeking an experienced Field Collection Officer to join our team. As a Field Collection Officer, you will be responsible for contacting delinquent customers to discuss their account status and work with them to find beneficial solutions.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Contacting customers to discuss past due payments and negotiate repayment plans
• Assessing customer stories and suggesting solutions that meet their needs
• Following up on repayments and ensuring customers comply with agreed-upon terms
• Identifying uncooperative customers and escalating issues to the legal team

The Ideal Candidate

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven individual who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. To succeed in this role, you should have:

• At least 2 years of field collection experience
• A valid driving license and access to a motorcycle
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Computer literacy and ability to navigate our systems
