We are looking for an experienced Senior Financial Analyst to join our team at MCI, a leading Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) company that provides innovative solutions to meet the diverse needs of our clients. As a Senior Financial Analyst, you will play a critical role in analyzing financial performance, trends, and variances to provide actionable insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making and financial planning within the organization.

Your expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, and data analysis will enable you to collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business performance, optimize resource allocation, and enhance operational efficiency. You will have the opportunity to work with various stakeholders, including business leaders and functional teams, to evaluate business cases, assess investment opportunities, and provide financial analysis and recommendations to support decision-making.

Job Responsibilities
  • Financial Planning and Analysis: Develop comprehensive financial plans, forecasts, and budgets to support long-term strategic planning, annual operating plans, and investment decisions.
  • Financial Performance Analysis: Analyze financial performance, variances, and trends against budget and forecast, providing actionable insights to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Key Performance Indicators: Prepare and distribute regular financial reports, dashboards, and KPIs to monitor key business metrics, track performance against targets, and highlight areas for improvement.
  • Financial Performance Metrics: Develop and maintain financial performance metrics and benchmarks to assess operational efficiency and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Business Case Evaluation: Partner with business leaders and functional teams to evaluate business cases, assess investment opportunities, and provide financial analysis and recommendations to support decision-making.
  • Ad-Hoc Financial Analysis: Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis, scenario modeling, and sensitivity analysis to evaluate strategic alternatives and assess potential impacts on financial performance.
  • Cost Optimization: Analyze cost structures, profitability drivers, and cost allocation methodologies to identify opportunities for cost optimization, efficiency improvements, and resource reallocation.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with operational teams to develop and implement cost reduction strategies while maintaining service levels and quality standards.
  • Financial Risk Management: Assess financial risks and opportunities, including market dynamics, competitive pressures, and regulatory changes, incorporating risk factors into financial forecasts and scenario planning.
  • Process Improvement: Develop sensitivity analysis and stress testing scenarios to evaluate the potential impact of external factors on financial performance and recommend mitigation strategies.
  • Effective Communication: Collaborate with finance teams, business units, and functional leaders to align financial goals with operational objectives, ensure data accuracy and integrity, and drive process improvements.
