Job Overview

Cartrack is seeking an Automotive Installation Specialist in General Santos City, South Cotabato to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in GPS device installation, troubleshooting, and maintaining customer confidence by keeping service information confidential.

Key Responsibilities
  • GPS Device Installation: Install GPS devices in various types of vehicles, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance.
  • Troubleshooting and Problem-Solving: Analyze root cause problems and resolve issues efficiently, minimizing downtime and maximizing customer satisfaction.
  • Documentation and Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate records of service actions, including forms, reports, logs, and client interactions.
  • Customer Support: Investigate complaints, conduct tests, and resolve problems promptly, ensuring customer confidence and loyalty.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Vocational Diploma/Short Course Certificate: In Automotive Technology or Electrical Technology.
  • Working Experience: At least 6 months of experience in a related field or as an automotive technician.
  • Required Skills: Automotive, Electronics, Troubleshooting, Driving, Analyzing Information, and Client Relationships.
  • Efficiency and Procedures: Develop efficient procedures and maintain high-quality standards.
  • Licensing and Certification: Hold a valid driver's license and own a motorcycle.
