**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Service Order Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing service orders from start to finish, including entering contractual or individual job requirements into our systems, processing invoices and purchase orders, and working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • To accurately enter contractual or individual job requirements into our systems ensuring the correct end-to-end process is followed via SAP and BFS (Salesforce).
  • Process invoices in a timely, accurate manner, adding detailed customer references/notes – meeting month-end deadlines.
  • Process purchase orders onto SAP and BFS.

**Requirements:**

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Electrical or Mechatronics Engineering.
  • At least 1 year of experience in Order Management is an advantage.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, under pressure and minimum supervision.
