Job Overview:

  • This mid-level professional will work as an integrated member of the delivery team, supporting the collection and analysis of data, the development of design solutions, and documenting the findings.
  • The ideal candidate will be knowledgeable and dependable, able to work on a variety of project types through various phases.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform tasks in accordance with Poutrix behavioral framework.
  • Must be able to meet the challenges of fast-paced projects and anticipate job expectations.
  • Act as a project resource, completing allocated activities to meet budget, timeframe, and quality objectives while meeting or exceeding client expectations.
  • Review own work to ensure that it meets specified standards before checking by others.
  • Take responsibility for own safety and understand Poutrix Health and Safety Principles.
  • Collaborate with other disciplines to ensure the integrity of project interfaces.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in landscape architecture and related disciplines.
  • Achieved Licensed status or equivalent.
  • Proficient in Design, Autocad, Sketchup, Adobe Suite, and Enscape. Proficiency in Revit and its plug-ins is preferred.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in landscape architecture design works; background in Urban Planning is a huge advantage.
  • Competent in design and planning skills relevant to the area of work and awareness of related disciplines.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English is essential.
  • Ability to contribute to the team's digital initiative and automation of processes.
  • Knowledge in Green Building Rating System such as Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) standards is an advantage.
