At Work for Prosper, we are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Employee Benefits Administrator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support in compensation and benefits coordination, ensuring seamless execution of HR processes.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and administer various employee benefits plans, programs, and timekeeping systems.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, reports, and data for benefits administration.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new benefits initiatives and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Provide outstanding customer service, responding promptly to employee inquiries and concerns.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • 2-5 years of experience in compensation and benefits coordination or a similar HR role.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of different benefits plans and programs, as well as timekeeping systems.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
