Job Opportunity

Key responsibilities include presentation design using Figma Slides, marketing support, email management, and basic administrative follow-up.

The ideal candidate will be highly organized, responsive, and reliable, with strong written and verbal English skills.

Responsibilities
  • Presentation Designer: Design visually engaging presentations using Figma Slides, interpret design briefs, and maintain brand consistency.
  • Marketing Support: Research prospects, compile lead lists, create social media content, and adhere to brand tone and voice.
Requirements
  • Proficiency in Figma Slides with a strong design portfolio.
  • Solid understanding of contemporary design trends.
  • Highly organized, responsive, and reliable.
  • Strong written and verbal English skills.
  • Experience in email management, lead research, or marketing admin.
Preferred Skills/Expertise
  • Prior exposure to RIBA/NBS libraries and/or B2B marketing is a plus.
