Our organization is seeking a highly skilled and creative motion graphics artist to join our media team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop engaging animations for various platforms, including YouTube shows, video series, social content, and educational materials.
  • Transform scripts, storyboards, and verbal briefs into compelling visual narratives.
  • Collaborate closely with producers, editors, content writers, and creative leads to ensure visuals align with strategic objectives.
  • Design branded assets and visual templates that support consistency across content streams.
  • Optimize animations for performance on multiple platforms, including LinkedIn, YouTube, and LMS.
  • Balance creativity with brand identity while pushing the boundaries of animation.
  • Manage multiple animation projects and timelines simultaneously.
Requirements
  • At least 3 years of experience in animation and motion design, either in-house or agency.
  • Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Illustrator, and Photoshop, with bonus skills in Blender, Cinema 4D, or similar software.
  • A keen eye for detail and design, with the ability to animate both abstract and character-driven content.
  • A solid understanding of pacing, storytelling, and sound design principles.
  • Experience in creating brand-driven animation and social content.
  • A collaborative mindset, open to feedback and continuous improvement.
  • Ability to work efficiently and manage deadlines effectively.
