Job Overview

J-K Network Services is seeking a skilled Fixed Asset Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our asset management department, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and compliance of our fixed asset records. Responsibilities
• Asset Management and Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of our fixed assets, including purchases, disposals, and movements.
• Compliance and Reporting: Ensure that our asset management practices comply with industry standards and regulatory requirements, providing timely and accurate reports as needed.
• Reconciliations and Audits: Perform monthly and quarterly reconciliations of the fixed asset sub-ledger to the general ledger, investigating and resolving discrepancies, and assisting in audits and physical verifications of assets.
• Budgeting and Forecasting: Assist in budgeting and forecasting for asset purchases and capital expenditures, providing valuable insights to inform business decisions.

Requirements
We are looking for an experienced Fixed Asset Specialist who possesses excellent analytical and communication skills. The ideal candidate will have:
• A Bachelor's degree in any related field (e.g., accounting, finance, business administration).
• At least 3-5 years of experience in fixed asset accounting or finance, preferably in the online gaming, hospitality, or integrated resort industry.
• Experience working with accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar ERP systems) and fixed asset management modules is highly desirable.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
