Job Summary

As a key player in our team, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring the smooth operation of our business. Your duties will include creating detailed reports to identify areas for improvement, developing quality assurance standards, and implementing efficient processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create comprehensive reports detailing errors and issues for prompt resolution.
  • Manage cash flow by tracking and counter-checking transactions before payout.
  • Provide exceptional customer service through timely responses to inquiries during and after payout.
  • Support the team in addressing disputes and finding resolutions.
  • Develop strategies to minimize discrepancies and optimize financial performance.
Requirements

  • Meticulous and diligent work habits.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Proficiency in Bookkeeping and Accounting principles and practices.

  • Windows or Mac operating system is acceptable.
  • At least 8GB of RAM with 60 GB of free hard disk space available.
