We are looking for a highly skilled Officer Operations Support Analyst to join our Citigroup Inc. team.

This role will provide operations support services, including record and documentation maintenance, storage and retrieval of records, account maintenance, imaging and opening of accounts in coordination with the Operations - Core Team.

The ideal candidate will serve as a liaison between operations staff, relationship managers, project managers, custodians and clients to provide day-to-day operations support in alignment with Citi operations support infrastructure and processes.

Main duties and responsibilities:

  • Record and documentation maintenance, storage and retrieval of records, account maintenance, imaging and opening of accounts.
  • Business analysis and documentation of Client Reports and Advices.
  • Regular status updates for project participants and steering committee updates.
  • Collaboration with Legal & Compliance teams for regulatory business requirements.
