Job Summary
  • The Company Nurse will be responsible for developing and implementing health and safety programs, assessing health risks, and providing preventative and treatment services to colleagues.
  • This role requires a qualified Occupational Health Personnel who can promote good health among colleagues, maintain accurate health records, and communicate effectively with company management regarding healthcare and safety matters.
Key Responsibilities and Tasks
  • In the absence of a physician, the nurse will organize and administer a health service program integrating occupational safety, or perform activities in accordance with the physician's guidance.
  • Provide nursing care and first aid treatment to injured or ill workers, including assessment, wound dressing, and medication administration.
  • Maintain inventory and stock of medications and other medical supplies.
  • Participate in health maintenance examinations and refer employees to physicians as necessary.
  • Promote occupational health and safety by suggesting improvements to the working environment affecting employee health and well-being.
  • Maintain accurate reporting and records, and prepare an annual medical report as required.
Requirements
  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree.
  • Registered Nurse with updated PRC License.
  • 50 hours of BOSH Training for Nurses.
  • At least 1-2 years' experience as a Company Nurse.

  • Excellent knowledge of emergency healthcare-related issues in the workplace.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Critical thinking skills for making healthcare recommendations.
  • Able to provide comfort and explain problems clearly to colleagues.
  • Familiarity with HMO related concerns.
  • Ability to work flexible schedules.
  • Proficiency in computer applications.
