About the Job:

The role involves working closely with the Art team to create unique and well-designed pieces that stay true to the brand DNA, personality and strategy.

The ideal candidate will be able to:

  • Develop a thorough understanding of the art development process from job initiation to completion.
  • Collaborate with additional members of the creative department including Studio Artists, Graphic Designers, Motion Graphics Designers, Integrated Producers, Illustrators, and Copywriters to ensure projects are completed on time and meet the highest standards of design excellence.
  • Help to manage projects being worked on by Studio Artists.
  • Create initial layouts with supervision from your manager.
  • Contribute compelling designs and layouts for a variety of projects and contribute useful suggestions and content during brainstorming sessions.
About You:

We are looking for someone with:

  • At least one year of experience in an Associate Art Director role, preferably within an agency.
  • Proficient in Adobe InDesign.
  • A compelling portfolio included with your application (can be website, file sharing link or PDF attachment).
  • Understand the basics of brand guidelines.
  • Possess a basic understanding of the art development process from job initiation to completion.
  • Ability to express yourself clearly through written and verbal communication.
  • Must know when to ask for assistance and also when to seek out additional work if/when you have capacity.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • A confident nature, not afraid to suggest new ideas.
