Job Overview

Key Responsibilities:
  • Performing audits of client financial statements, particularly in EBP
  • Completing audit workpapers by documenting audit tests and findings
  • Staying up-to-date with current audit legislation to ensure compliance with US federal, state, and local regulations
  • Analyzing client data and using standard processes to complete project work
  • Identifying technical issues and sharing suggestions with senior personnel
  • Recommending ways to streamline operations and increase client satisfaction
Required Qualifications:
  • At least 2-3 years of busy season experience in US Audits, with 20% in EBP
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or a related field
  • High attention to detail and exceptional organizational abilities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) preferred
  • Strong proficiency in technology and basic PC applications (Excel, Word)
