Job Title: Real Estate Lead Generator

This role offers a unique opportunity to play a pivotal part in the real estate industry by identifying and securing potential property deals through strategic cold calling.

  • You will be the first point of contact with property owners, utilizing your exceptional communication skills to uncover opportunities in the market.

The ideal candidate will possess strong English language proficiency, prior experience in cold calling or telemarketing, and a basic understanding of real estate terminology. They will also be proficient in CRM systems and phone software, have a reliable internet connection, and work in a quiet environment.

This is a remote position that requires excellent time management skills, as you will be working with lists of contacts and meeting daily calling metrics and performance indicators. You will also be responsible for researching recent property sales, identifying potential sellers, and tracking call outcomes.

As a successful Lead Generator, you will have the opportunity to directly impact the business's success while developing your skills in real estate sales and negotiation.

About the Role:
  • 40 hours/week, 8 hours per day + 1 hour unpaid break
  • Working with lists of approximately 1,000+ contacts, with additional lists available
  • Performance-based commission structure for closed deals
  • Remote work position
  • Regular reporting on call metrics and lead generation
  • Direct communication with the business owner for strategy and updates
Key Responsibilities:
  • Make outbound calls to property owners from provided lead lists
  • Research and reference recent property sales in target areas for pricing comparisons
  • Identify potential sellers and gauge interest in cash offers
  • Track and document all call outcomes and potential leads
  • Send contracts to interested property owners
  • Meet daily calling metrics and performance indicators
  • Generate qualified leads for property acquisitions
